I am Neil Barrett, an early years and school-age Speech and Language Therapist with 7 years of experience working with families and schools via the NHS.

I now spend my time working in schools in Nottingham, working with the children, and supporting their teaching staff to develop the children’s communication skills.

I am accredited as follows:

  • Member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, membership number RC0026408, renewal date March 2017. View recent membership card.

  • Compliant with safeguarding legislation as it applies to both health and education.
    • I attended a Nottingham City Council one day safeguarding training course in April 2016 which is valid in education for three years.
    • I subscribe to the NHS’ e-Learning for Healthcare safeguarding service, which emulates the in-person level 3 training provided in the NHS.
